The Senior Instructor operates across The Red Sea destination, supporting Akun Adventure management to ensure safe, high-quality operation of inland adventure assets for visiting guests.
You will lead by example in activity delivery, provide hands-on training, mentoring, and performance support to an instructor team, and collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and communities to ensure alignment, safety, and exceptional guest experiences under RSSE standards.
