A leading engineering firm is seeking an HSE Manager for a Property & Building Supervision Project in Umluj, Tabuk. The successful candidate will oversee health, safety, and environmental measures on site, ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements. Responsibilities include training WSP staff, managing HSE Inspectors, and coordinating emergency response plans. Candidates should have a relevant degree, HSE leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic, is preferred.
