Senior BIM Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across multiple projects ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed BIM execution plans (BEPs) and project‑specific BIM requirements in alignment with project goals.
• Manage and coordinate BIM model development, review, and clash detection processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Provide expert technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM software best practices and related technologies.

• Strong design background in relevant discipline.
• Consultant project experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in island remote projects preferred.
• Design development experience with Giga Projects, PMC Environments, IFC full design life cycle and design review.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications such as BIM Professional Certification are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in BIM management within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Deep understanding of BIM principles, methodologies, and software applications such as Revit, Navisworks, etc.
