This role focuses on civil design review, site grading, drainage, roadways, earthworks, wet utility networks, construction coordination, technical approvals, and senior engineering oversight across complex project packages.

The Senior Civil Engineer – Infrastructure will provide high‑level civil engineering guidance for large‑scale development works in Tabuk, ensuring that design intent, construction quality, technical standards, and project requirements remain aligned. The role supports infrastructure master planning elements, resolves design and site coordination issues, reviews contractor documentation, and helps project teams deliver safe, practical, and code‑compliant civil engineering solutions.

• Lead civil engineering review activities for site grading, roadways, drainage networks, earthworks, and wet utility infrastructure.
• Evaluate civil design packages, drawings, calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, material specifications, method statements, and engineering proposals.
• Check design and construction work against project specifications, international codes, Saudi Building Code requirements, and approved standards.
• Provide technical direction to junior engineers, site teams, and design coordination groups to improve deliverable quality.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, planning, commercial, and project management teams to resolve interface issues.
• Support infrastructure master planning reviews and ensure civil systems are practical, coordinated, and suitable for construction.
• Act as a technical liaison with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and local municipal authorities.
• Assist with design approvals, technical clarifications, project alignment discussions, and authority coordination.
• Conduct site visits, engineering audits, and technical inspections to monitor progress and verify compliance with approved designs.
• Resolve complex field issues related to grading, utilities, access roads, drainage, earthworks, and construction sequencing.
• Prepare technical recommendations, engineering reports, review comments, and progress inputs for senior project leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Strong background in large-scale infrastructure, site development, land development, or mega project environments.
• Experience reviewing civil design packages, shop drawings, calculations, technical submittals, and construction documents.
• Solid technical knowledge of site grading, stormwater drainage, roadways, earthworks, wet utilities, and infrastructure coordination.
• Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent professional registration is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, hydraulic modeling tools, and civil engineering design workflows.
• Deep understanding of AASHTO, ASTM, Saudi Building Code, and relevant international civil engineering standards.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, coordination, and technical communication skills in English.
• Ability to present engineering strategies clearly to clients, stakeholders, project managers, and executive teams.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.
