NEOM Green Hydrogen Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee control room operations and direct grid and transmission activities for a renewables heavy network. You will ensure safe, reliable electric service and lead dispatch, planning and monitoring of energy generation and consumption.
The role requires deep knowledge of power systems, grid operations, and regulatory standards (FERC/NERC). You will supervise staff, develop procedures, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive renewables
