Acwa is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to join our Operations team, driving performance, efficiency, and reliability across power and water plants. You will monitor operations, analyze KPIs, and lead root-cause investigations to implement improvements.
Ideal candidates have 8-10 years in process/performance engineering within utilities, with at least 2 years in supervision, and strong SAP/CMMS experience. A collaborative, safety driven mindset is essential.
