The Engineering Director provides overall technical and engineering leadership for construction projects, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with approved designs, contracts, quality standards, budgets and schedules,.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage engineering and technical teams across multiple projects.
- Oversee design review, technical coordination, value engineering, and constructability.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Monitor engineering progress, technical risks, resources, and project requirements.
- Resolve complex engineering issues and implement effective technical solutions.
- Establish engineering procedures and ensure quality and timely technical deliverables.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related discipline.
- Minimum 20+ years of engineering and construction experience
. - Extensive experience with construction/contracting companies and large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership, technical, project management, and commercial skills.
