Spa Therapist Red Sea

Fairmont the Red Sea, located in the beautiful coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our luxury wellness team. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our discerning guests, ensuring their relaxation and rejuvenation.

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, and facials, tailored to each guest's needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming spa environment
• Consult with guests to understand their wellness goals and recommend appropriate treatments
• Educate guests on post-treatment care and suggest suitable products for home use
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques to continually enhance service offerings
• Adhere to all safety protocols and spa standards
• Maintain accurate treatment records and guest files
• Assist in promoting spa services and products to maximize revenue

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
• Previous experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
• Proficiency in various massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of different spa treatments
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating personalized guest experiences
• Ability to maintain a calm and soothing demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Additional certifications in specialized treatments are a plus
• Familiarity with luxury spa standards and practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with spa treatments
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new spa techniques and technologies

• Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
• Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
• A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
