Supervisor HR Operations and Employee Relations

Red Sea Global is seeking a Supervisor HR Operations and Employee Relations to join their team in Tabuk, specifically covering Umluj and Tabuk. This full-time role involves supervising HR operations and employee relations activities to ensure efficient HR service delivery, policy compliance, and effective employee support across business operations and project locations. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Botanica, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, focuses on providing sustainable greenery across Red Sea Global's destinations. The company integrates new species with local flora and aims to set new global benchmarks in sustainable development. Since 2020, Botanica has cultivated over 5 million plants, with a target of 30 million by 2030.

• Supervise day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, contract changes, leave, resignations, and offboarding.
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, disciplinary cases, grievances, and employee conduct.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor requirements.
• Support workforce mobilization, employee movements, and manpower requirements across projects.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Payroll, Government Relations, Administration, and other HR functions.
• Support line managers in addressing employee relations and performance-related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor operational HR KPIs.
• Support employee engagement, communication, and HR initiatives.
• Provide HR support across Red Sea and AMAALA destinations and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
• Identify HR operational issues and recommend practical solutions and process improvements.
• Support to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate complete understanding and awareness and adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as the company's emergency and evacuation procedures.
