Awtad Al Dar is a Saudi company specializing in the restaurant and café sector, currently operating the Brand of (C&B).
C&B is a specialty coffee roasting and retail company operating multiple branches and roasting facilities.
Technical Responsibilities- Manage social media platforms using scheduling & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Implement SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO).
- Execute SEM and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) optimizing ROAS/ROI.
- Manage Media Buying across platforms (Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Linked In Ads).
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for behavior tracking and conversion funnel analysis.
- Build interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) for real-time KPI monitoring.
- Analyze data using Python (Pandas) or Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) to interpret market trends.
- Conduct A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing for campaigns and landing pages.
- Manage external vendors (agencies, OOH, digital partners) according to defined SLAs and measurable KPIs.
- Orchestrate internal marketing team workflow using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Click Up).
- Coordinate with subsidiary marketing teams (AlFanjan AlMotqan, Cup & Beans Industrial Factory) via integrated systems to ensure brand consistency.
- Integrate with Accounting and Quality departments to align marketing plans with budgets and quality standards.
- Establish and manage a unified Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for consistent brand identity.
- Automate periodic reporting using Zapier or Make (Integromat) to connect platforms.
- Track technical marketing trends (AI in advertising, Chatbots, Marketing Automation) and implement relevant solutions.
- Build data-driven Content Marketing strategies supported by Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb).
- Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) using social listening tools (Brand
24, Mention, Sprout Social).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, MIS, Data Science, or related technical field.
- 4-6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in F&B, café, or hospitality.
- Professional certification in GA4, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint.
- Proficiency in competitor analysis tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Similarweb.
- Experience managing Media Buying campaigns.
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) or Python/Pandas for data analysis.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager for event tracking.
- Ability to analyze Server-Side Tracking reports and First-Party Data.
- Experience managing remote teams via Slack, Teams, Asana.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (Hub Spot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp).
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing integration.
- Basic HTML/CSS for landing page modifications.
