Reporting Specialist - Project Data in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia is a Construction hiring opportunity with Parsons Corporation for an experienced reporting and analytics professional supporting large-scale infrastructure and construction project delivery. The role focuses on project reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard development, progress analysis, data integration, variance identification, and clear communication of project performance insights to senior management and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, prepare, and maintain project reports, dashboards, performance packs, and executive presentations.
- Collect and integrate project data from cost, schedule, risk, quality, commercial, and construction teams.
- Track project metrics, KPIs, milestones, progress trends, performance indicators, and variance signals.
- Analyze project data to identify anomalies, gaps, performance changes, and potential delivery risks.
- Develop clear dashboards and visual reporting tools for senior management, client teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support project managers with analytical insight, trend interpretation, forecast inputs, and reporting commentary.
- Streamline data collection processes to improve consistency, accuracy, reporting speed, and data integrity.
- Maintain reporting calendars, submission trackers, document controls, and version accuracy for recurring deliverables.
- Ensure reporting outputs comply with Parsons standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Work with planning, cost control, quality, risk, commercial, and construction teams to validate source data before reporting.
- Prepare concise written summaries that explain complex project data in a practical and non-technical manner.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting templates, dashboard layouts, KPI definitions, and performance review formats.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in project reporting, data analysis, project controls, or performance reporting.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, construction, engineering, or development projects is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization methods.
- Working knowledge of project management and project controls systems, including Primavera P6 analytics or similar tools.
- Ability to gather, clean, compare, and interpret data from multiple project sources.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, progress measurement, schedule reporting, cost reporting, risk reporting, and quality performance data.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders, senior managers, and client representatives.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced multicultural project environment.
