- Supervise daily sales activities and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Monitor and guide team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Maintain store cleanliness, stock presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed according to planograms.
- Participate in stock counts, replenishment, and product rotation.
- Follow all cash handling, POS, and receipt procedures accurately.
- Support Shift Supervisors during opening and closing procedures.
- Adhere to airport security protocols and duty-free allowance regulations.
- Ensure transactions comply with customs and ZATCA guidelines.
- Report any suspicious behavior, discrepancies, or incidents immediately to management.
- Maintain grooming standards as per Al Waha Duty Free’s uniform policy.
