Position: Retail Supervisor (Local Talents Only)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of all retail areas and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for resort guests.
  • Assist guests with product selections and recommendations while delivering excellent service.
  • Maintain product availability, stock levels, and attractive merchandise displays.
  • Support inventory control and stock-taking activities to ensure shelves remain fully stocked.
  • Assist Retail Host with guest inquiries and daily operational needs.
  • Supervise daily retail operations and ensure service standards, cleanliness, and product displays are maintained.
  • Conduct stock control, inventory counts, and monitor product availability.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as required.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including sales, VAT, refunds, and inventory-related information.
  • Report damaged or defective merchandise to the Finance team.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with the Health & Wellness team regarding new products and retail opportunities.
  • Deliver courteous and professional service to all guests.
  • Assist guests with product selection, recommendations, and alternatives when items are unavailable.
  • Track guest requests and product feedback, recommending new items to enhance the retail offering.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or BSc/BA in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
  • Knowledge of stock management, visual merchandising, product distribution, cosmetics, and VAT refund procedures.
  • Strong guest service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to supervise, coach, negotiate, and upsell effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong commitment to safety and service standards.
