Store Manager - Salea Associate

This role contributes to store sales and performance efficiency by building strong connections with customers and delivering the Adidas brand experience.

• Understand sales objectives and individual goals and actively work to achieve or exceed them using all available resources in the store.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations and enhance sales and brand experience using the Adidas customer service model.
• Build a positive relationship with each customer by being an enthusiastic ambassador for the Adidas brand.
• Integrate basic and seasonal product knowledge into the service approach within the assigned store area.
• Maintain an attractive environment and facilitate shopping by consistently implementing visual marketing standards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Ensure availability of in‑store product displays by assisting with deliveries and renewing minimum sales requirements.
• Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while following cash protection procedures.

• Recent graduate with no or up to one year of sales experience, preferably in sportswear.
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing) and effective communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade.
• English language proficiency for exhibition management roles.
• Leadership experience within retail stores for exhibition manager roles.
• For store managers: minimum two years experience as a store manager or supervisor.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
