Area Sales Manager – Tabouk, Saudi Arabia
Company: Mindfield Resources (a well‑established name in the food and FMCG distribution space expanding its footprint in Northern Saudi Arabia).
Job Summary: Hands‑on sales leader to manage regional sales across the Tabouk and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing sales team.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Analyze sales data, forecast pipelines, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Strong sales experience in the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- 3‑10 years of sales management or related experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
