Safety And Security Manager - Six Senses Southern Dunes Red Sea Saudis

The Security Manager ensures the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the Security department in accordance with Six Senses brand standards, budgetary constraints, and sustainability goals.

• Ensure the efficient operation of the Security department to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.
• Work strategically with the Director of Security to develop cohesive and productive goals for the department and establish procedures and guidelines to achieve them.
• Support overall consistency of the company's vision, quality standards, and develop concepts consistent with brand identity.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and continuously update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
• Focus on the rejuvenation of the department and regularly review its performance.
• Ensure that products and services are constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative, and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Focus and review regularly through physical presence and rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
• Provide wide leadership and direction across all areas of security, loss control, best practices, and security programs, including strategic planning.
• Provide guidance regarding best practice business security standards, solutions, and guidelines to maintain a secure environment for the protection of hosts, guests, property and information.
• Monitor security conditions and conduct ongoing analysis of data from external and internal sources, providing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with all departments and external groups to effectively resolve security related issues.
• Assist with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices and budgetary controls.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies and other issuers of security requirements.
• Oversee and provide direction for major security related projects and physical security technologies, including card/key access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems, security services, and data security systems.
• Inspect and secure the property's guest, public and heart of the house areas regularly, ensuring any security and safety improvements are actioned within the designated time frame.
• Develop and implement a security training strategy for the property, ensuring appropriate training for staff.
• Minimize payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient scheduling of hosts.
• Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to operation.
• Accurately complete all corporate reporting requirements for the role.
• Attend or conduct designated meetings and briefings as instructed by the manager.
• Perform any additional duties given by the manager.
