- As Body Mindfulness Center Receptionist at Miraval The Red Sea, your main role is as the first point of contact for guests seeking a transformative, mindful experience at the Mindfulness Center.
- This role ensures seamless guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and general operational support while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
- The Mindfulness Center Receptionist will be responsible for providing detailed information about the center's offerings, including meditation classes, mindfulness programs, and wellness activities.
- This role requires a strong passion for mindfulness, a guest-focused mindset, and the ability to work closely with the Fitness & Recreation Manager and other wellness professionals to ensure a seamless, peaceful experience for all guests.

Guest Reception & Support- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with check-in and providing them with information about the Mindfulness Center's offerings, including meditation, breathing exercises, and wellness programs.
- Manage appointment bookings and schedules for meditation classes, mindfulness programs, and other related services, ensuring all guest requests are handled efficiently and seamlessly.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on guests' needs, helping them navigate the variety of services available at the Mindfulness Center.
- Ensure guests feel supported and relaxed by maintaining a calm, inviting atmosphere from check-in to check-out.
- Assist guests with personal requests and ensure their comfort during their visit, including providing any wellness resources or information needed.
- Oversee daily operations of the Mindfulness Center's reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and in alignment with the center's calming and serene environment.
- Maintain accurate records for guest appointments, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless service delivery across all mindfulness and wellness programs.
- Support the Fitness & Recreation Manager by monitoring attendance for various programs and ensuring all guests are scheduled for appropriate sessions.
- Report operational issues promptly, ensuring that any maintenance, cleanliness, or facility concerns are addressed immediately.
- Assist in managing inventory of supplies, such as wellness resources, seating arrangements, and refreshments, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use.
- Promote additional wellness and spa services, such as personal training, retail products, and specialized mindfulness programs, to guests during check-in or throughout their visit.
- Cross-sell wellness offerings such as spa treatments, fitness classes, and other services that complement the mindfulness experience.
- Provide guests with information about Miraval's other wellness programs, encouraging participation in additional activities that align with their goals for relaxation and personal growth.
- Build positive, personal relationships with guests, ensuring each interaction is supportive, empathetic, and attentive to their wellness needs.
- Foster a mindful environment, ensuring guests feel at ease and can focus on their personal well-being journey.
- Provide emotional support through mindful communication, assisting guests with any needs and ensuring they feel cared for during their experience.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of guest records, maintaining Miraval's high standards of professionalism and trust.
- Collaborate with the Fitness & Recreation Manager and other wellness professionals to ensure the Mindfulness Center's operations align with overall resort offerings and service standards.
