Yalla Koora is redefining how kids experience football by bringing the pitch to the heart of their communities, the shopping mall. Our innovative pay-and-play model allows children to drop in, join a game, and have fun in a safe, high-energy environment without the rigid structure of a traditional academy.

We are launching a location in Tabuk and are looking for full-time football coaches to help deliver fun, safe, and engaging football experiences for children across various age groups (5-13 years).

This is not a traditional academy role. Our model is fast-paced, community-based, and built for kids who love the game. We're looking for energetic and responsible coaches who are passionate about football, kids, and contributing to something new and exciting in KSA.

• Oversee and lead fun, safe, and inclusive football sessions on drop-in pitches
• Welcome and engage with kids as they join the game - ensuring smooth transitions and age-appropriate groupings
• Monitor play, encourage teamwork and fair play, and ensure child safety at all times
• Track session timings and capacity using a simple log system
• Collaborate with other coaches and reception staff to manage peak times and pitch rotation
• Report any injuries, incidents, or equipment issues promptly
• Be an ambassador for Yalla Koora's energy, values, and commitment to youth football

• Must be currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Iqama must be transferable
• Full-time availability (8-hour shifts, 6 days per week including weekends)
• Valid Football Coaching Certification (minimum requirement)
• At least 1 year of experience coaching children (references required)
• Comfortable working in a mall environment with shift-based hours
• Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging attitude with children
• Ability to work under pressure and manage large groups safely and enthusiastically
