Red Sea Global's RSSE division seeks an Assistant Boat Captain for a site-based role to support the safe, efficient operation of dive center vessels and guest experiences within a luxury marine setting.
You will assist with navigation, vessel preparation, dive logistics, and maintenance of safety gear, while ensuring daily records and vessel logs are accurate. This role requires flexibility for extended hours and weekends, with a development path toward Boat Captain.
