Responsibilities

Report to the Warehouse Supervisor / Senior Warehouse Supervisor and ensure timely communication of all operational activities.

Receive materials from external sources and perform physical verification against accompanying documents in accordance with SOP T-SOP-SCD-WH-000004 (Receiving of Materials from Vendors).

Prepare the Receiving Checklist and submit it to the Senior Warehouse Officer for secondary verification.

Perform Goods Receipt transactions (GRS) in SAP for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), assets, consumables, finished goods, and SPS in accordance with SOP T-SOP-SCD-WH-000020
.

Print Material Information Labels and perform detailed verification prior to affixing them on material containers.

Immediately report any discrepancies, deviations, or deficiencies to the immediate superior.

Coordinate with Purchasing and other concerned departments for smooth receipt of materials including RM, PM, assets, consumables, finished goods, and SPS.

Sign the “Checked By” section of the Receiving Checklist and GRS upon completion of verification activities.

Report daily incoming material status to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Monitor housekeeping activities, attendance, and overtime records within the receiving section.

Monitor the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) and ensure timely investigation and resolution of alarms.

Ensure compliance with safety requirements during all warehouse operations.

Ensure adherence to applicable SOPs and GMP requirements.

Allocate and supervise tasks of subordinate staff based on operational requirements.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Warehouse Officer, Warehouse Supervisor, or Senior Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications

Sufficient experience and knowledge in Warehouse related activity.
Sufficient experience & knowledge in regular work of dispensing and handling of Raw &
English language must be fluent and computer skills are essential
