What You'll Do

• Assist customers in person and over the phone, helping them find the right parts and accessories for their Volkswagen vehicles
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure fast, accurate, and precise parts fulfillment
• Provide expert recommendations based on Volkswagen vehicle requirements and customer needs
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking, tracking, and ordering
• Keep the parts department organized, efficient, and aligned with Volkswagen’s high standards

Who We're Looking For

• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a genuine interest in helping customers
• Able to multitask and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Some automotive, retail, or parts experience preferred—but we will train motivated candidates

Requirements

• Parts experience a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Retail experience
• Proficient with computers and inventory management software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Current and valid Driver License
