Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to join our team in Tacoma, WA. In this role, you will support the billing department by handling a variety of financial and operational tasks. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Run financial reports using Power BI and Excel to support billing operations.
- Export and manipulate data from SAP into Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Execute SAP variants and review invoicing transactions for accuracy.
- Manage incoming mail and ensure proper distribution to department locations.
- Review third‑party invoices for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the billing team.
- 1+ year of experience using SAP, ideally for invoicing, running variants, and processing billing transactions.
- 1+ year of experience with Excel, including exporting data, performing V‑lookups, and sorting/filtering.
- 6+ months of experience with billing and invoice review.
$22/hr - $28/hr
