AboutThe Role
The Staffing Consultant role is an entry point into business operations, client management, and team leadership at Ro Health. You’ll start by learning the foundation of our business, recruiting healthcare providers and supporting client accounts, and grow into owning your own book of business. You will develop new market territories, and eventually manage and lead a team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a recruiting or HR job. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated by business development, leadership, and long‑term career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Learn all core functions of the business: recruiting, provider management, client relations, and operations.
- Contribute to the growth of the Washington market and support expansion into new territories.
- Identify, interview, and hire healthcare providers to meet client needs.
- Maintain relationships with active providers to support successful placements.
- Support existing clients and help grow accounts through strong communication and service.
- Assist in developing new client relationships and identifying future opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to learn how to run a team and manage a business unit.
- Take on increasing responsibility with the goal of moving into a team lead or manager role.
- Coordinate scheduling, credentialing, payroll, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to support clients and providers after hours.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong interest in sales, leadership, or business management
- Entrepreneurial mindset; motivated by growth and problem‑solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats
- Previous leadership, team captain, student organization involvement, or customer‑facing experience is a plus
- $62k guaranteed base + commission
