Customer Success Specialist

Catch All Environmental is a growing stormwater management company headquartered in Tacoma, WA. We are seeking a team-oriented candidate who is searching for a long-term career in the environmental services field.

We service and maintain stormwater systems to ensure they meet environmental regulatory requirements and function effectively.

When a stormwater system is not maintained, it exposes the owner to drainage failure and hefty fines for harming the environment.

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for properties enrolled in a Catch All maintenance agreement. The objective of this role is to retain and grow our existing client base by delivering a consistently excellent client experience. Success in this role is measured by client retention and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is curious, highly organized, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their work. Prior stormwater experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in the role.

This is primarily an office-based role. In-person attendance is required during onboarding with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule once you are fully ramped up.

• Be the go-to contact for our maintenance clients and build long-term relationships
• Educate our clients about their stormwater systems and our innovative approach to managing them.
• Keep clients informed about their upcoming service dates
• Review completed work and share the findings with clients
• Recommend next steps to keep each client's stormwater system working and compliant
• Partner with our Account Management team on larger projects for your clients
• Keep client records up to date in Hub Spot and our service portal
• Take on more as you grow, such as trade shows, process improvements, and new client development

• Experience in customer service, account management, sales, property management, or a related field
• Experience with a CRM system, ideally Hub Spot
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A track record of success in previous roles
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
