Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $28.39.
The current full hourly range for this position is $28.39 - $30.65.
Out of School Time refers to the wide range of engaging activities and opportunities offered to students beyond regular school hours. Beyond the Bell and Club B, operated by Parks Tacoma in all Tacoma public schools, extends learning and enrichment experiences beyond the traditional school day by providing a safe and supportive environment for children and youth to thrive. These Out of School Time activities encompass various education, recreational, and social emotional learning programs designed to foster growth, skill development, and community engagement.
The Out of School Time Program Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality program delivery by supporting day-to-day operations and fostering strong community partnerships.

Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:
