In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the client experience. From answering questions and walking families through benefit options to guiding them through important decisions, you’ll make coverage simple, clear, and stress-free.

Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients after enrollment
Explain benefit details, policy updates, and assist with claims
Break down coverage options in a way that’s easy to understand
Collaborate with team leads to improve onboarding and client service
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for client questions and supportTake part in professional development and leadership training
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Comfortable with technology and virtual collaboration tools
Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus (not required)
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
