Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians (TECP) is a physician-owned, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for an experienced emergency medicine Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA-C) to join our growing team!

WHERE:

Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, TECP currently employs over 90 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (both nurse practitioners and physician assistants). TECP currently staffs four of Multi Care’s campuses;
Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital, located in Tacoma just 36 miles south of Seattle;
Covington Hospital, located 25 miles northeast of Tacoma and 31 miles from Seattle;
Federal Way Freestanding Emergency Department, located in Federal Way just 14 miles northwest of Tacoma;
The Multi Care Bremerton Freestanding Emergency Department is anticipated to open in Spring 2024.

Tacoma is the heart of the Puget Sound Metropolitan area. The city itself rests on the shores of Commencement Bay and the Puget Sound and between the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges. This allows for easy access to skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, and a multitude of other outdoor activities. Tacoma is within a few hours of some of the world’s best wineries.

WHEN:

Full-time employment is twelve 8-hour shifts each month (occasional 9-hour shifts).

Employees start out working a mix of shifts, after 6-months of employment you may pick one shift line (morning, swing, or nights) to regularly exclude from your schedule.
