Via Christi St. Teresa – join a close-knit team of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs). The 68-bed hospital has an open ICU with intensivist support. Work alongside clinicians from diverse backgrounds in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values open communication and patient safety.

• Board-certified or eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
• J1 candidates invited to apply; access to in-house visa specialists and licensing/credentialing teams; visa filing fees paid and services covered.
• Accepting new graduates, residents, and fellows.

• Manage a wide variety of cases at a large community-based hospital, including admissions and cross-coverage, with support from a multispecialty team.
• Provide care for patients transferred from smaller rural hospitals with higher levels of expertise, leveraging advanced resources and specialist availability.
• Collaborate with residents in teaching and mentorship; work with an intensivist team handling procedures to allow focus on patient care and clinical decision-making.
• Utilize Cerner with Dragon for dictation and access internal informatics for streamlined workflow and communication.
