  St Joseph in Tacoma is looking for 1 Orthopedic Surgeon to cover 2 weeks per month for Level II Trauma center. Details below! RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:
  
  Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 212.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 425 - Per hour not OT Holiday 637.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT Nightly Call 415 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2 hours gratis Holiday Nightly Call - 622.50 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2 hours gratis On Call Daily 3200 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 4800 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
  
  Call Back 425 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Holiday Call Back 637.50 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Schedule/Availability Requirements:

  On going coverage up to 2 weeks per month. The dates will be based on what their internal doctor is not working. Duration: 6 - 9 months

  St. Joseph Hospital 1717 South J St. Tacoma WA 98405
  
  Setting:
  Hospital and Outpatient Clinic Duties: 2 weeks per month covering the ER 24/7 with dedicated PA support. 3 days outpatient clinic these days are not confirmed will be three mornings each week Monday-Friday. FTE: 1.0
  
  Required Procedures:
  Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues. EMR: EPIC Support Staff:
  Hospital support and MA in outpatient clinic
  
  Reason for Coverage:
  Provider resignation
  
  Deal breakers:
  Must have 5 years of Level II experience
  
  Admissions per day Patients/day Types of cases Disclosures that may need to be made etc.:
  Varies from 0-7
  
  Would they take an orthopedic surgeon that has trauma experience but lacks the fellowship training? Yes as long as we could still get them credentialed within our system. Travel Preferences:
