We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and fun-loving individual to join our team at Brotman Early Learning Center! We are a play-based, year-round program serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years old
. Our days are active, joyful, and full of discovery—so we’re searching for someone who can keep up with little learners and enjoy every moment along the way.
Our Infant-to-Waddler Transition Classroom (ages 1–1.5) is a truly special space. These little ones are curious, loving, and just beginning to explore the world around them. They thrive with teachers who offer comfort, patience, and warmth—and who are happy to sit on the floor, join in their play, and celebrate each new milestone.
This classroom operates as a team of two
, and we are currently looking for a supportive Assistant Teacher to join that team. There is plenty of guidance and mentorship available, making this a wonderful opportunity for someone who may be new to early learning but eager to grow. If you have a genuine love for children and a willingness to learn about child development, we’d love to support you as you begin your journey in early education.
We’re also proud to have a fantastic, collaborative group of families who truly value our staff and partner with us to best support their children.
