Operations Coordinator

To manage the process of fulfilling customer orders from submittal generation through delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and communication with vendors and customers.

• Receive new orders and assess submittal needs
• Create or modify submittals
• Custom products: coordinate drafting in Solid Works
• Send submittals to customers for review and approval
• Upon approval, generate and send POs to vendors (sometimes multiple)
• Coordinate vendor deliveries or will calls, often direct to customer
• Create and send Material Transmittals to vendors
• Confirm order completion with vendor and customer
• Maintain communication with SH Engineering & Mfg. and other vendors
• Track order status and delivery confirmations

• 100% of submittals sent within 24 hours of order when possible
• No more than 1 error per 20 submittals issued
• POs sent to vendors within 1 business day of submittal approval
• 100% of Material Transmittals sent before product leaves vendor
• All customer orders delivered on time or issues communicated proactively
