Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

Growing 10M Medical Repair and Manufacturing corporation is looking for their #1 Accounting professional! Poised to grow the CEO needs a hands‑on, technical Controller.

• Hands on general ledger.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, inventory accounting, and cash management.
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Manage internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Front facing relationship manager with audit and banks.
• Oversee state and federal sales/use tax, other regulatory reporting.
• Work with leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Create process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff; provide cross‑training and skill development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 in a Controller or Accounting Manager role.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• ERP/accounting system experience (e.g., Quick Books Enterprise, Net Suite, Aptean M2M, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting audits and banking relationships strong plus.
