Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr (based on experience)

Are you passionate about nutrition and senior care? Join our dedicated healthcare team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents! We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary department in a dynamic Skilled Nursing Facility.

As our Certified Dietary Manager, you will:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all dietary operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, schedule, and train dietary staff
• Develop and oversee menus in collaboration with the Registered Dietitian
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety
• Partner with nursing and administrative staff to meet resident needs

• Active CDM, CFPP certification required
• 2+ years in dietary management, preferably in LTC/SNF
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (CMS, DOH)
• Serv Safe Certification (or ability to obtain)
