Pay: $20.50 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Senior Helpers - South Tacoma is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support that allows seniors to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are a woman-owned, family-run business, and we pride ourselves on treating both our clients and our caregivers like family.

Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, we offer flexible schedules, supportive leadership, and meaningful opportunities to make a real difference every single day.

• Building meaningful relationships with clients through conversation and companionship
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as dressing, walking, and personal hygiene
• Supporting light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Engaging clients in hobbies and recreational activities such as games, gardening, or crafts
• Observing and reporting any changes in client condition to the care team
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community outings

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current HCA or CNA certification preferred
• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• At least two satisfactory references from previous employers
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document in English using a mobile app
• Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening
