Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse RN for a Long-Term Care facility in Port Angeles, WA. This is a great opportunity for an RN with leadership experience looking to step into a key Weekend Charge role supporting staff, residents, and clinical excellence.
Position SummaryRole: Travel Registered Nurse – Charge Nurse (LTC)
Location: Port Angeles, WA
Pay: $55 / hr
Shift: Weekend Assignment (3x12s)
Schedule: Friday–Sunday OR Saturday–Monday (flex available)
Contract: 13-weeks | 36 hrs / week guaranteed
Setting: Skilled Nursing / LTC
Responsibilities- Lead and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Oversee resident care & clinical operations
- Medication administration & treatment execution
- Admissions, assessments, documentation, and care planning
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care delivery
- Serve as point-of-contact for staff, residents, and families
- Active RN license (WA or compact eligible)
- Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred
- LTC / SNF experience strongly preferred
- BLS required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Travel-ready onboarding
