Role Summary

As a Physical Therapist at For You Wellness, you will provide direct rehabilitation care to patients upon physician referral, in accordance with state laws, regulations, and life care standards. This role requires adaptability to meet patient needs and a passion for providing excellent therapeutic care across diverse conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program

• Current WA State Physical Therapy License/Registration
  .
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
