Your Role as a Homecare Referral CoordinatorAt the Korean Women’s Association, you will play a crucial role in the centralized intake, tracking, and follow‑up of all homecare referrals received from diverse sources. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely, professional, and coordinated responses to both referral sources and prospective clients, directly contributing to increasing conversion rates and improving service access. You will maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all referral activity, collaborate with regional teams, and provide excellent customer service.
RequirementsTo thrive as a Homecare Referral Coordinator, you will need:
- Experience with homecare referral systems and homecare contracting specific to Washington State.
- Knowledge of Long‑Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and community‑based care programs.
- Associate degree in healthcare administration or social services; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in healthcare, homecare, or case management intake coordination.
- Customer service skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
