What We Have to Offer- Wage: $17.50 per hour (Full range: $17.50 – $19.50)
- Schedule: Variety of shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm)

- Personal care and hygiene tasks
- Monitor health needs, including medications and special diets, and notify supervisor of any outstanding needs
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Plan outings and activities
- Perform housekeeping and laundry duties (cleaning, organizing, maintaining a safe and tidy living environment, washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and linens)
- Help set goals and learn new skills and hobbies
- Assist in developing positive behavior supports by providing feedback about the individual’s preferences
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of individual treatment plans (including data collection, report‑writing, participation in treatment team meeting, and carrying out treatment team recommendations)
- Provide lift and transfer assistance (may include non‑ambulatory individuals) requiring ability to carry and maneuver up to 50 or more pounds of unbalanced weight
- Build healthy habits and relationships
- Support positive behavior and boundaries
- Maintain well‑being and safety by following plans and reporting guidelines
- 18+ years of age or older
- 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
- Good communication skills (reading, writing, and documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with both internal and external team members)
