We are hiring compassionate, reliable, and customer-service-focused individuals who are passionate about working with seniors. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Med Tech to join our team and help create a warm, respectful, and welcoming environment for our residents.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Have a current CNA or HCA certification — REQUIRED
Have a high school diploma/GED or previous relevant work experience
Have a genuine desire to work with seniors while supporting their privacy, dignity, choices, independence, and individuality
Have previous Med Tech and caregiving experience is a MUST
Be able to recognize concerns and respond to problems promptly and appropriately
Have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, state officials, team members, and outside healthcare partners
Be flexible and willing to work the hours needed to support our residents
Demonstrate good character, dependability, and personal integrity
Take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating smiles for our residents
