Community Health Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team!

The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) works in the primary care clinic as an integrated team member and delivers brief, consultation-based services to patients referred by their primary care providers (PCPs). The BHC provides services to individuals of all ages and to families, informed by evidence-based interventions. The BHC also provides group programs and other services that enhance quality and efficiency. The position requires strong skills as a generalist in assessment and intervention, as patients are assisted for any and all concerns addressed in primary care.
Qualifications
:
Master’s degree, PhD or PsyD in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family or field related to position requirements.
Current WA State License or License Eligible
: LMHC; LMFT; LICSW; LASW;
Licensed Psychologist
Skills
:
Experience working on integrated care teams, preferably in primary care. Experience providing evidence-based brief interventions.
