Physical Therapist; PT

Schedule:Monday through Friday, no weekends

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (DPT)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Evaluate patients physical abilities, including range of motion, strength, balance, and function
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals
• Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Teach patients and families exercises and home care techniques that support continued progress
• Work with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate care
• Keep accurate, up-to-date patient records
• Stay current through continuing education and professional development
