Overview

Data Driven Professional who is passionate about matching top-talent performers with employers. We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to assist with various human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR practices and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks within the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, benefits administration, and managing HR databases.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview support & training, and facilitate job offers.
Skills and Abilities
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be able to speak and write in both languages fluently.
  • Proficient at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in order to minimize any mistakes.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees and members of management team.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
What you will need
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
