The Metropolitan Development Council is seeking an HR Generalist to provide administrative and compliance support across MDC programs. You will maintain personnel files, administer benefits and leave processes, and track credentials and deadlines to ensure timely compliance.
You will work with the Director of Human Resources to coordinate staff training, respond to routine HR questions, and help prepare information for internal and external reviews.
