* Learning to use and administer the third-party platform Give Pulse and the UW-specific subdomain called CCUW
* Building UW Tacoma’s foundational CCUW infrastructure (business processes, configurations, look and feel); designing near-term community engagement courses in CCUW, and identifying and operationalizing other use-cases for CCUW at UW Tacoma.
* Maintain and manage UW Tacoma’s Collaboratory community engagement database, including running reports and regularly uploading relevant community engagement data into CCUW.
* Oversee API-based data integration to support inbound/outbound migration, dashboards, and live feed visualizations for community engagement reporting from other data platforms currently in use across the Tacoma campus for tracking different aspects of community engagement (e.g., Collaboratory, Canvas, Tandem, Handshake).
* In collaboration with the tri-campus Project Manager, UW Bothell and Seattle counterparts, and the UW Tacoma Program Manager, support UW Tacoma users by advising on systems integrations, data validations, and/or work-around processes and by aligning the CCUW specifications, responsibilities, and data deliverables for community engaged courses and activities.
* Build and maintain partnerships as UW Tacoma’s primary contact for adopting and managing the Collaboratory and CCUW platforms.
* Work closely with the tri-campus Project Manager and internal stakeholders – including regular coordination with the UWT Program Manager – to train faculty and staff and support the successful adoption and use of CCUW.
* Develop and deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to faculty, staff, and community partners on the use of CCUW. Collaborate with the UWT Program Manager to align training materials with broader change management and adoption strategies.
* Engage potential new campus partners in utilizing the Collaboratory and CCUW data platforms to support their community engagement courses, research, and scholarship activities.
* Assist with reports, PowerPoint slide development, public presentations, and information dissemination, as needed.
* Serve as the main point of contact for data management between UW Tacoma’s Information Technology, Office of Community Partnerships, and external partners.
* Use available tools and software to organize, analyze and present data on community engagement activities.
* Help design and maintain online tools that capture and assess data for OCP programs. Create reports and visual materials that clearly show findings from assessment efforts.
* Contribute to the development of annual assessment of engagement of activities.
* Participate in internal team meetings and working groups.
* Participate in the tri-campus community engagement capacity building initiative via meetings and communities of practice.
* Engage in the Collaboratory and CCUW communities, including participating in administrative meetings, attend webinars, trainings, and other professional development opportunities.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, computing & information systems, public administration, or related field.
* Three years of professional experience in data management, project management, and/or business process improvement.
* One year of experience using various software for supporting data collection, analytics, visualization, and/or API programming
* Aptitude for developing collaborative relationships at all levels with colleagues, faculty, staff, students, and community partners
* Experience delivering user training sessions or onboarding users to new software tools
* Demonstrated ability to self-organize, plan, manage, and administer complex projects
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately (through written word, public speaking, and active listening) with varied stakeholders.
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Commitment to developing equitable, ethical and mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations between higher education institutions and broader communities.
* Experience guiding an institution or team through change.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new content areas quickly and be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.
* Proficiency with MS Office Teams and SharePoint.
* Master’s degree in business administration, computing & information systems, public administration, or related field
* Familiarity with Give Pulse as a community engagement data tracking and management platform.
