Compensation for onsite WA applicants is $85,000 - $115,000

AST is seeking a versatile and highly motivated professional to bridge the gap between our core business systems and data-driven decision-making. This hybrid role requires an individual who can both manage and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system infrastructure while simultaneously designing, developing, and deploying Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will ensure the ERP system runs smoothly and securely, while also empowering stakeholders with the data and reports needed for strategic initiatives.

• ERP Implementation & customizations, systems & infrastructure management
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models
• Train end-users on Power BI and best practices to help drive data consumption
• Develop, optimize, and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources (ERP, databases, etc.) into our data warehouse
• Data modeling, write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance tuning
• Create custom data points for analysis using calculated fields & expressions
• Proactively design, test, and deploy new dashboards & visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals
• Build & perform routine audits of data in reports/dashboards
• Provide first and second-line support to end-users, resolving system issues and managing support tickets in a timely manner
• Requirements gathering, business process mapping, and change management
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative related discipline
• 5+ years of professional ERP & analytics experience
• Successful experience using SharePoint, DAX, Power Platform (BI, Query, Automate), C#, Visual Basic, SQL, REST APIs, and Python
• Advanced to expert MS Excel skills
• Deep experience with recursion, pivot/unpivot, and Window functions
• Experience with cloud-based BI/ERP solutions, MS Fabric, Salesforce
• Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly accurate and thorough in tasks
• Knowledge of life sciences and/or manufacturing industries preferred

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
