Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of property damage caused by wind, water, fire, hail, and other covered events.

• Document findings thoroughly with high-quality photos and detailed reports.

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carriers.

• Ensure timely and efficient claim handling from inspection through submission.

What You'll Need:

• Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain a Washington adjuster license.

• Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred.

• Tools & Transportation: Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and basic adjusting equipment.
