Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our client is a well-established, full-service regional insurance agency with a strong concentration of business in Washington State. Known for delivering a high-touch, high-integrity, client-driven service experience — including white-glove service for their most valued clients — they have built a reputation for excellence across Commercial, Personal, and Group Benefits lines of insurance. Their employee-centric leadership has resulted in exceptionally low turnover, and they offer a comprehensive,
employer-paid benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Our client is seeking an experienced High Net Worth Account Manager (also known as a Private Client Account Manager) to join a collaborative team pod alongside a Producer/Account Executive and an Administrative Coordinator. This is a pure service and relationship-focused role — there is no cold calling, no quotas, and no new business requirements. You will dedicate your expertise to managing and deepening relationships with an established portfolio of affluent clients, engaging in account rounding, generating referrals, and cross-selling where appropriate.

If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this role was designed for you.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of High Net Worth/Private Client accounts with annualized revenue of approximately $400K — including luxury homeowners, vacation homes, auto, umbrella, boats/yachts, recreational vehicles, and other personal insurance products — delivering a consistently high level of service.
  • Handle day-to-day client needs including policy changes, billing inquiries, coverage questions, endorsements, claims, certificates, and auto .
  • Partner with carriers, brokers, and MGAs to place new and hard-to-place risks using carrier platforms for PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati Private Client, and Nationwide Private Client.
  • Quote and manage Auto, Home, Collections, Watercraft, Umbrella, Flood, and Earthquake coverages using carrier quoting software and agency management systems.
  • Complete New Business Questionnaires and gather underwriting data for prospective clients, including researching real estate websites, tax assessor data, flood zone determinations, virtual home inspections, driving records, loss history reports, and comprehensive family profiles.
  • Prepare and maintain Annual Review summary documents for VIP clients — providing clear, concise overviews of each client's insurance program.
  • Support the Producer/Advisor with proposals, prospect opportunities, and client presentations as needed.
  • Educate clients on marketplace trends, current events, and carrier underwriting and rate changes.
  • Engage in account rounding, cross-selling, and referral generation within the existing client base.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team pod while taking full ownership of client relationships and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience serving Affluent, Private Client, and/or High Net Worth clientele.
  • Active Washington (WA) and Oregon (OR) Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
  • Demonstrated experience advising affluent individuals and families on comprehensive personal insurance programs.
  • Proven knowledge of High Net Worth/Private Client carrier products, policy language, contracts, and quoting systems — specifically PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati Private Client, and Nationwide Private Client.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS
360 or EPIC preferred), carrier platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Self-sufficient and collaborative work style — equally effective working independently and as part of a team.
  • Polished and professional presence, comfortable engaging with affluent families and Centers of Influence (COIs) in person.
  • Confident communicator who can provide clients with clear direction and sound recommendations.
  • Outgoing and personable, with the ability to build strong working relationships with Producers and colleagues.
  • Positive, resilient attitude — able to maintain perspective, find balance, and bring a sense of humor to the workday.
