Position based at our Madison, WI campus; relocation to the area required. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You will support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and related risk areas. You will assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings.
You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

- Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
- Strong academic and professional background
- JD with experience in risk mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial practice. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
