• Handle a busy caseload of criminal misdemeanors and, depending on experience, eventually felonies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client care known for PLG.
• Collaborate with a high-performing legal team, share knowledge, and support each other in court.
• Engage in creating content and participate in marketing and branding efforts.
• Seek out and mentor learning opportunities from former prosecutors and experienced attorneys.

• 2‑5 (or more) years of experience handling criminal matters in Washington State’s District, Municipal, and Superior Courts.
• Bilingual (especially Spanish or Korean) and/or former experience working as a prosecutor are a plus.
• Knowledgeable, accountable, organized, and a resourceful team member with an optimistic mindset.

• Annual base: $90,000 – $150,000 (base + bonus).
