Salary: $17 - $26 an hour, with opportunities to earn bonuses each period.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and related areas approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Arithmetic:
  Add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order taking and processing.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some areas. Sudden changes in temperature. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more; unladen by hand truck. Cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 lbs with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'.
• Carrying:
  Items weighing up to 30 lbs between storage and front of store; trays of pizza dough up to 12 lbs.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 lb force.
• Climbing / Stooping / Bending:
  Infrequent stair or ladder use; forward bending for 30‑45 seconds at a time.
• Crouching / Squatting:
  Occasional.
• Reaching:
  Above 72” sometimes; forward, up, down.
• Hand tasks:
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination; use of fingers, forearms, wrists.

For personnel in driver or store management positions:
Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers. Valid driver's license, safe driving record, access to insured vehicle required.
